Thank you for a great school year! We are already looking forward to next year. If you have any questions about how redistricting may or may not affect you, please call our office at 381-3541. If you are returning to Northern next year, we will see you at orientation on August 4, 2016 from 5:30-7:00. Class placement cards will be sent to incoming students in late July. Please refer to this website for supply lists for next year. Have an awesome summer!

Supply Lists:

dress code

Northern Elementary Dress Code:

ALL STUDENTS: School designed/sponsored logo shirt/sweatshirt or any solid, striped, or patterned shirt with a collar.

Knee-length Shorts/Pants must be solid tan, navy, or black.

V-neck, crew neck, cardigan sweaters, sweatshirts, or sweater vests may be worn over a regulation shirt.

In addition, Female students may wear: knee-length jumpers, skorts, or skirts in solid tan, navy, or black.

School designed shirts shall include: t-shirt, long sleeved t-shirt, crew-neck sweatshirt, and polo style shirts with a collar.

Additional Requirements:


  • Shirts should be tucked in at all times.
  • Belts should be worn with slacks and shorts that have belt loops.
  • Open toed shoes and sandals are not permitted as this is a safety concern.

Jeans may be worn on designated dress down days. These will occur monthly on administrative approved days.


Students who have earned a dress down pass may use the pass on any day of their choice, which would allow them to dress down on that day. The pass must be worn and the student’s name should appear on the pass.
